Terms & Conditions

ELIGIBILITY:
This competition is open to any person resident in the UK who is 16 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Washington Green or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees' families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

Entries should include submit your name, postal address, email address and telephone number. Entries will not be returned. Incomplete, damaged, defaced or illegible entries may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Washington Green.

TIMING:
This competition opens from 12.00:01am GMT on 20th March 2010. The closing date of this competition is 11.59:59pm GMT on 1st July 2010. Completed entries must reach Washington Green no later than the closing date.

SELECTION OF WINNER:
The winner will be chosen at the discretion of the publisher's, Washington Green Fine Art, from all entries and will be notified by 31st August 2010. The winner may be required to become involved in further publicity or advertising.

PRIZE:
The prize is a signed limited edition piece of artwork by the artist selected by the winner. The content of the piece will be guided by the winners' description, but may not strictly adhere to it. The image itself remains the sole property of Washington Green Fine Art Publishing. Any printing or reprinting of the image remains at the sole discretion of Washington Green Fine Art Publishing. The signed limited edition piece will be with the winner no later than 31st August 2011.

WINNERS LIST:
The winner consents to their name being made publicly available. The winners' names will be available for a period of 2 months after the closing date by email request.

OTHER:
No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute Washington Green's decision shall be final.
